Be part of the growing industry movement to engage with your elected officials to ensure their constituents' voices on apartment issues are heard and understood. Advocate with them through our national Grassroots: Take Action and help them when they represent good government and support our industry's needs and concerns.  See all the issues and legislation NAA is working on, take action to make an immediate impact and sign up to become a member of the Apartment Industry Mobilization Service (AIMS), the apartment industry’s grassroots network.

​NAA and the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC) unite under the auspices of the NAA/NMHC Joint Legislative Program to support legislative and regulatory policies that enable the apartment industry to continue to provide high quality homes that remain accessible and affordable.

Meet face to face with your local elected officials every March by attending NAA’s number one advocacy event: The NAA Advocate  Conference. It brings apartment leaders together in Washington, to discuss and debate federal legislation and policy.
