Our HistoryThe Kansas Apartment Association was formed in 1984, as an affiliate of the National Apartment Association, by a group of apartment professionals who wanted to increase their visibility and professionalism as a group. The organization was renamed the Apartment Association of Greater Wichita in 1996. We celebrated our 25th Anniversary in 2009.
