Maintenance Mania
Maintenance Mania® is a national program offered by NAA and presenting sponsor HD Supply (HDS), in which maintenance technicians compete against each other in various skill-based games.
Participants must be employed by a community in good standing with AAGW. At the end of the competition year, NAA will offer the top participant from each of the NAA regions, plus 10 wild card participants, the chance to compete in the National Championship. Star of Excellence
AAGW hosts the Star of Excellence in January of the even years. This is a grand event where we recognize the best of the best in the apartment industry, through individual, company and association awards. We like to refer to this event as the "Academy Awards of the Apartment Industry".
Trade Show
Our annual trade show allows supplier members to display their new products and network with potential and existing customers. We bring in a national speaker to provide outstanding education for our industry members. It's a full day, complete with fun, food and prizes.
