The Star of Excellence Awards is a biennial event which shines a spotlight on the best in the Wichita area’s multi-family industry in over 20 different categories. This year’s event will have a “Prom Night” theme, so dust off those suits and evening gowns and we look forward in having you join us in recognizing our outstanding members and their contributions to our industry.  And what better place to celebrate than at the Kansas Star Event Center! 

Tickets

Registrations for the 2022 Star of Excellence Awards will soon be on sale, we will make announcement once purchases can be made.  
Please take note of some important dates and pricing:
Through March 31st: $49.00 per registration
April 1st through April 16th: $69.00 per registration
April 16th: Sales closed
*Once ticket sales are closed we will assign seating by grouping similar companies together as best we can.  *Table sizes at Kansas Star Event Center are ten (10) tops.  We will combine guests to fill empty spaces as needed.

Cocktail Reception

Once you arrive, please check in at the registration table, check your coats, then head to the bar and join our cocktail reception which will begin at 5:00pm.  This will be a cash bar and credit cards will be accepted.  The bar will remain open throughout the evening, but security will be on hand to keep the area quiet during the awards ceremony, please be respectful to those in the ballroom.

Plated Dinner

Once you have enjoyed your drink, please find your seats.  The meal for the evening will be served promptly at 6:00pm.  We want everyone to relax and have fun, but we can't ask our caterer to guess when each table will be fully seated, if you do not arrive to your table on time your meal may not be hot.  

Awards Program

Who will take home this year's hardware?  During the program we will be honoring all of the nominees in over 20 different categories with those who shined the most during the judging process named this year's best!  Also during the evening we will honor the event's top sponsors, and see who takes home the Above & Beyond and Lifetime Achievement Awards.

Post Event Reception

While the ceremony will end at 9:00pm, the evening will just be getting started!  And where else to go at the Kansas Star than straight over to the gaming floor!  Test your luck gambling or enjoy any of the three bars and lounges, whichever you choose, please do so responsibly.
